 RETURN, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

 Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange if we have the same item still available, or a store credit if the same item is no longer available. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 RETURNS

 All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 RETURN PROCESS

 To return an item, please email customer service at megan@theturquoisecowgirl.com to obtain a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

 Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 RETURN 

 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange or store credit, whichever applies.

 We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 EXCEPTIONS

 The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom orders

 For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 Please note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Please be advised, that after your packages receive a tracking number and leave our facility they are now in possession of the USPS or other shipping carrier who now controls delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However if there is an issue with delivery we will do everything in our power to help you find resolution with the carrier.

SHIPPING 

  • We currently ship only to US addresses.
  • We currently charge a Flat rate shipping cost of $9.95.
  • Orders over $100 ship free.
